Products and descriptions

We try to describe our products accurately. Specifications such as battery life, charging time and wireless range are manufacturer estimates; real-world results vary with devices, settings and conditions. Compatibility depends on the audio socket, source device and headphones used. Product images may differ slightly from the item you receive.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include the shipping, duties and taxes described in our Shipping Policy unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed. We may cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or lack of stock, and will refund any payment in full.

Orders

An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery.

Always follow airline crew instructions about wireless devices, and never adjust audio equipment while driving. You are responsible for using the product safely and lawfully.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.
