How long does shipping take?
Orders ship from Hong Kong with free tracked delivery to the US, usually 7–15 business days after dispatch. Import duties are already included in the price.
What if it doesn't work for me?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, and a 12-month limited warranty covers defects. If it arrives faulty or damaged, we'll replace or refund it.
Is there audio delay?
Delay can vary by headphones, source and wireless conditions. We don't promise zero latency for gaming.
What's the difference between the two plugs?
Most seat and device sockets take a single 3.5 mm plug — use one plug and fold the other flat. Some older aircraft use a two-prong socket; the twin plugs are designed for those.
